Solve the following word problems.A farmer wants to build a conveyor belt system to move hay bales to the loft of her barn. The loft is 30 feet off of the ground and the conveyor belt cannot make more than a 20° angle with the ground to operate efficiently. What is the shortest distance away from the barn that she can set up the beginning of her belt system?
In problem #1, how far away from the barn would the beginning of the belt system need to be if it was at a 1° angle with the ground?
